A 30-minute focus session, using low beta/SMR waves, to help you concentrate while studying or working. Buried beneath wind and thunderstorms, a subtle, underlying “here, now” mantra as steadily guitar rotate around the head.

Special Instructions:

Headphones are not required but recommended to aid in blocking out external noises and distractions. It is important that before each session, you make sure you are well-hydrated. The brain is 75% water and needs water to function fully and well. Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down, free of distraction. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax.

Standard precautions regarding the use of brainwave entrainment:

Isochronic tones are deemed as a safe technology to use, but there are certain groups of people and situations where it is contraindicated. These warnings are largely precautionary in nature, because of the lack of research in these areas.

Although there isn’t any scientific research that I know of suggesting isochronic tones can cause a seizure, if you are someone is prone to them or considered at risk for them, you should consult a doctor or medical professional before using bwe with isochronic tones, just to be on the safe side. Also do not use isochronic tones:

• If you are pregnant or wear a pacemaker.
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• While driving or operating potentially dangerous machinery.
• If on any prescribed medication, it is also recommended that you consult a doctor before using it.
