Despite the many years we spend in school, we are taught very little about how our mind works and how to manage ourselves emotionally.  In this six-session workshop, learn simple facts about the brain that can give you a greater handle on your wellbeing.  Fact-check your mind, shift unwanted emotions and imprint desirable habits.  Best of all, see that you’re not alone, that much of your suffering is due to how the human brain has evolved and that there is a great deal that you can do to empower yourself with better mental and emotional health using some basic tools, tips and tricks!
