Brainwave Entrainment Music

Sound is one of the quickest, simplest ways to effect the nervous system and change the energetic state. The cells of our bodies vibrate as do our brainwaves, heart beat and respiration.  These frequencies can become misaligned or otherwise changed through illness, environmental stressors and emotional and physical stress. Documented research shows that music can lower heart ratealter our mood, stir emotions and enhance memory.

Sound therapy uses sound wave vibration to enhance the body’s ability to return to a coherent and balanced state. The vibrations from these sound tools have the ability to reach beneath the cognitive level to trigger the release of stress chemicals, dissolve physical tension, help us access emotional clarity, achieve greater focus, energize, activate and even break negative patterns.

Like the heart, the brain will synchronize to an outer stimulus. This is called entrainment. Brainwave entrainment uses the brain’s natural frequency following response as a tool, presenting an outer stimulus associated with certain brainwave states of either alertness, creativity, calm, deep meditation or sleep. Brainwave entrainment can be done with pulsing light, low-energy electromagnetic fields or sound from monaural beats, binaural beats or isochronic tones. I am using Isochronic tones, embedded within the music.
