Description

This is a highly stimulating session used to replace caffeine intake. It incorporates 18 HZ stimulation with a binaural beat that slowly rises in pitch.  It is based off a protocol by Michael Triggs. Headphones are required. Incorporates wind sounds, birds, bees, and my native american drone flute.

Headphones are required. Before each session, make sure you are well-hydrated. The brain is 75% water and needs water to function fully and well. Brainwave entrainment is a workout for the brain.

Standard precautions regarding the use of brainwave entrainment:

Isochronic tones are a form of audio brainwave stimulation and are deemed as a safe technology to use, but there are certain groups of people and situations where it is contraindicated. These warnings are largely precautionary in nature, because of the lack of research in these areas.

Although there isn’t any scientific research that I know of suggesting isochronic tones can cause a seizure, if you are someone who is prone to them or considered at risk for them, you should consult a doctor or medical professional before using brainwave entrainment with isochronic tones, just to be on the safe side. Also do not use isochronic tones:

• If you are pregnant or wear a pacemaker.
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• While driving or operating potentially dangerous machinery.
• If on any prescribed medication, it is also recommended that you consult a doctor before using it.
